King and Waller star for high-flying Weiden
Man of the match Sean King inspired SV Weiden to an 11-5 victory over Bayer 08 Uerdingen in the German Bundesliga.
British player Jack Waller also starred for Weiden but it was King who shone brightest, converting four goals from five shots as the Bavarian outfit stayed third in the league.

Elsewhere, four British men were in action in a weekend of double fixtures in the Dutch Hoofdklasse.
AZ&PC’s Dan Laxton was the most successful of the four, scoring twice in a 14-5 defeat to second-placed Schuurman BRC before bagging a hat-trick in a 10-7 defeat of UZSC.
Alex Parsonage scored twice in return for UZSC but the Utrecht side couldn’t turn round a 7-2 deficit at half time.
Parsonage had also led the charge the previous day when UZSC travelled to HZ Zian but despite scoring a hat-trick, the 25-year old found himself on the defeated side again as the hosts secured a 12-10 win.
Ric Lawlor’s PSV Eindhoven had just one fixture this weekend and while the British player managed to find the net once, they slipped to a 12-5 defeat against high-flying Widex GZC Donk.
Charles Booth played twice for Fysius Het Ravijn who fell to a 12-6 defeat to fellow relegation-battlers ZPB on Saturday.
But Booth scored as Het Ravijn pushed Schuurman BRC all the way on Sunday, a 3-2 deficit in the final quarter saw the visitors steal a 12-11 win.
Finally, Adam Scholefield played twice as PVSK-Fuszert slipped to a couple of defeats in the Hungarian National League.
A 6-5 defeat to Szolnoki Foiskola was followed by an improved performance against league leaders Vasas, but while Scholefield found the net PVSK were edged out 12-7.
