Swim England, based in Loughborough, is seeking a water polo development manager to join its team on a permanent basis. The hours are 35 hours per week and the role will be based at SportPark Loughborough with national travel.
Swim England is the national governing body for swimming in England, helping people learn how to swim, enjoy the water, and compete in our sports of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronised swimming.
This is an exciting opportunity working within the Sport Development Directorate. You will be responsible for implementing the water polo strategy and ensuring the continued development of the sport in terms of participation and talent.
You will have:
- Previous experience of sport development (participation and talent)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience of generating income from a variety of sources
- A track record of working collaboratively to deliver results
